Infrastructure designed to belong.
A data centre that leaves a place better than it found it. Sovereign. AI-ready. Regenerative.
Whatifadatacentregaveasmuchasittook?
- What if it ran on a fraction of the energy and water?
- What if its heat warmed the homes and buildings around it?
- What if that heat grew food, and brought agriculture back home?
From distributed AI infrastructure to large scale campuses, BlaqCat develops sites where power, compute, cooling and productive heat reuse are designed as one integrated system.
The compute is the same. What changes is what the building gives back.

Compute in. Heat, food and warmth out.
Water kept in the loop. Power back to the grid.
Jobs you can walk to.
A building that earns its welcome.
A data centre you can put anywhere.
Our patent-pending ETFE dome is passive-air-cooled and runs on almost no water, so it goes where conventional data centres can't. It starts at 2 MW and grows as you add 2 MW blocks. ServerGro™ harvests rainwater for cooling and crops. The building is the cooling system.
- From 2 MW, block by block
- 6–7 month build
- ~0 L/kWh water (design target)
- ~1.12 target PUE
- Latest NVIDIA AI racks
We use considerably less infrastructure and no traditional HVAC, letting physics do the heavy lifting. It looks simple, but the inside of the dome is full of sensors, adjusting the louvers constantly.
That heat isn't waste. It's a harvest.
Every kilowatt of compute produces heat. We treat it as a resource, not an emission. Server warmth grows mushrooms and greenhouses; cool air feeds vertical farms before it ever touches a chip. Compute in, food and heat out. Data sovereignty and food sovereignty from one building, and agriculture brought back home.

Retrofit existing buildings
Bring compute into barns, warehouses and disused units without a new build.
Modular hubs
Self-contained units that grow 2 MW at a time, on site in months.
Domes to greenhouses
ETFE domes that cool the servers and grow the food in one structure.
We don't turn up with a blueprint. We turn up with a question.
What would this place actually benefit from? Every site is different, so every answer is. We listen. We assess what fits: heat for the building next door, food for the village, warmth for a wellness space, power back to the grid. Then we invest something back that belongs to the community.
Listen
Meet the place. Meet the people. Understand what's needed.
Assess
Model heat, water, food and power flows for this site.
Give back
Invest a piece back that belongs to the community.

One model. Every place. Sized to fit.
A barn in the countryside. An empty unit on the high street. A flagship dome on a campus. A gigawatt estate. The technology stays constant; the size, and the benefit, flex to the place. We build across the UK, the USA, the Middle East and emerging markets.

Not a render. Already taking shape.
Our first sites are in build now, starting with our own, where a working farm, a village of uses and a data dome are becoming one connected place. It's the whole idea in miniature: compute that feeds a community. And we're honest about where every piece stands: live, in build, contracted, or still to come.
- LIVEA working farm, shop, restaurant and wellness, with strong local support.
- IN BUILDThe barn retrofit: compute, mushrooms and vertical greens.
- CONTRACTEDThe first dome: engineering locked, long-lead kit on order.
- VISIONThe next sites: the model, replicated.

Built with people who share the vision.
We build with the people who build real infrastructure: technology leaders, regenerative energy pioneers, growers and community organisations. Every site is proven, not promised.
